Instructions

1. Let water, yeast, & sugar proof for 5 minutes
2. Add flour, oil, egg, & salt. Mix well
3. Cover with plastic wrap & rest 30 minutes
4. Kneed 3-4 minutes on lightly floured surface
5. Cover again and let rise for 1 1/2 hours
6. Punch down dough and turn onto lightly floured surface. Flatten into a rectangle pressing out bubbles
7. Roll into log and place shaped dough into oiled pan
8. Allow to rise for 30 min covered until it tops rim of loaf pan
9. Preheat to 350 degrees F. Bake for 35 minutes or to 190 internal temp
10. Remove from pan immediately, but cool completely before slicing.
