- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Then add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. This is your wet mix.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add wet mix 1 cup at a time, then add chocolate chips.
- Next, roll dough into approx. 2 Tbsp balls and freeze for 1 hour. You don't have to bake all your cookies in one go, I like to only bake what we are going to eat so we always have cookie dough ready to go! You can store cookie dough for about 3 months.
- When you are ready to bake, preheat oven to 375. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until edges lightly browned.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
