Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Kern River Milling. We take great pride in the quality and beauty of our locally milled flour. Because our products are perishable food items, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the fact that our products are food-based, we cannot accept returns. For food safety reasons, once a product has been picked up and leaves our possession, we cannot verify its storage conditions; therefore, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final. We encourage you to double-check your order (quantity and flour type) before finalizing your checkout.

3. Local Pick-Up Policy

At this time, Kern River Milling offers local pick-up only.

  • Order Accuracy: Please inspect your order at the time of pick-up. If there is a discrepancy or an issue with your order, please notify us immediately on-site so we can correct it.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you discover a quality issue with your product after pick-up, please contact us within 48 hours.

  • Please provide your order number and a description (and photos if applicable) of the issue.
  • Any resolution, such as a replacement of the product, is at the sole discretion of Kern River Milling.

5. Cancellations

Orders are prepared specifically for your scheduled pick-up. Once an order has been processed and prepared for pick-up, it cannot be canceled or modified.
